1-Senior Human Resources Officer

JOB SUMMARY
Scope of Work:
To work in full coordination with the HR coordinator and provide regular reporting and updates on tasks assigned.
To work in full cooperation with the HR Team, including the team in the field.
Conduct weekly visits to the field as per an agreed schedule.
Process consultants’ invoices and documents in coordination with their line managers and finance team on a timely basis.
Takes active part in HR meetings when HR coordinator is not available (ex: HR forum) and represent the organization appropriately.
Ensure proper entry and regular updates of all employees’ information and HR data in the system along with the assigned HR team members.
Follow up on staff relations and internal investigations as recommended by HR Coordinator.
To assist in reviewing and issuing PRs, CoSs, and updated job descriptions.
To assist in providing HR trainings and orientation sessions when required for IMC staff or partners in different locations.
work on monthly allocation revision, in cooperation with the HR Coordinator and finance department.
Prepare monthly summary for HR Coordinator by collecting information from the team on: performance evaluation issues, exit interview concerns, turnover rate, and total number of staff.
To review and confirm that all mandatory trainings for new hires are completed and properly placed on file.
To review the monthly payroll and ensure accuracy and attention to details.  
To do monthly random checks on new hires files and make sure they are properly done and follow up with the recruitment team on any missing documents.
Working on the HR system and providing reports and regular updates.
Doing own filing on time and according to the proper filing system.
To comply with & enhance the team work spirit in the department and the organization.
To comply with International Medical Corps internal policies and the local laws.
Act as backup person during the absence of any HR team member.
Maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Qualifications Required:
Bachelor degree in Administration, Social Sciences or any related field.
Minimum 4 years’ experience.
NGO/INGO background is preferable
Good knowledge in Jordanian Labor Law
Excellent verbal & written English communication skills

2- Lab Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Scope of Work:
Defining, implementing and monitoring all laboratory activities in the project area including management of relevant staff, according to IMC protocols in order to ensure the quality of the laboratory work. The person in the position will be the focal point for licensing the clinic laboratory as per Ministry of Health regulations.
Accountabilities: 
Performing quality control tests and analysis, ensuring the compliance to the basic plans of the laboratory and that all tests (serology, hematology, biochemistry, bacteriology, parasitology, compatibility, etc.) are done correctly and as per request from the Medical Doctors.
Ensuring that the hygiene and safety protocols both for individual as well as for collective protection (i.e. required clothes and equipment, hygiene and universal precautions, etc.) are implemented in laboratories and that the cleaning personnel is informed about biohazards.
Ensuring proper registration and records of all lab related activities, implementing a correct use of the associated management, in order to have proper records of laboratory activities.
Ensuring confidentiality of all patients’ laboratory results at any time, according to protocols in place.
Supervising the appropriate use of medical devices under his/her responsibility so they can be used at any time (e.g. correct automatic instrument calibrations and correct and updated inventories of laboratory material and equipment) anticipating and communicating future needs.
Planning and supervising, in close coordination with the Clinic manager and HR department, the associated processes (recruitment, training, performance evaluation, development and internal/external communication) of the laboratory staff of the project in order to improve staff capabilities and to ensure both the sizing and the amount of knowledge required.
Compiling, analyzing and reporting on lab activities and results to the medical staff and the immediate supervisor providing data on complications, the total number and types of tests and in general, any problem with the staff and / or laboratory material.
Keeping records of GIOs, Waybills, GRNs documents for all medical supplies related processes in Lab.
Refer samples to external laboratory to be analyzed as per the agreed upon by the line manager and clinic management (clinical samples, quality control / reference laboratory, etc.)
Provide support to Azraq Laboratory and technically serving as a referent for questions and concerns related to the lab service delivery.
Perform other duties assigned / requested by the Line Manager
Performs a variety of technical laboratory duties.  Performs routine and delegated duties according to departmental policies. Provide laboratory services according to national / MOH and WHO standards.
Perform other duties assigned / requested by the Line Manager.
Support the integration of CBFRM community awareness into the existing program outreach activities.
Resolve non-sensitive feedback and complaints collected from project sites that are routed by the Accountability Officer /MEAL team
Refer non-sensitive feedback and complaints received about other organization to their respective entities and focal points.  
Qualifications & Skills:
Post-Graduate Degree in Medical Laboratory Science with a valid license to register the laboratory under his/her name.
Four years of practical experience in a certified institution
Strong knowledge of MoH policies and general system of Clinical Management;
Highly organized and has excellent communications, public relations, supervisory, personnel management skills;
Excellent written, verbal, & electronic communication skills required;
Excellent computing skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint & Excel required;
Experience working in humanitarian emergency settings is an asset.

3-Case Manager Child Protection

JOB SUMMARY
Child protection is the prevention of and response to abuse, neglect, exploitation and violence against children. Child protection case management is the process of helping individual children and families through direct social-work-type support, and managing information well. Within child protection case management, there should be appropriate involvement of children throughout the process, as well as full consideration of the best interests of the child.
The role of Child Protection Case Manager is to promote quality and effective outcomes through communication and the provision of appropriate resources to meet an individual child’s needs. The process includes comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring and overall evaluation of individual children’s needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Apply guiding principles in working with children, being guided by the best interest of the child in all actions at all times.
Familiarity with child development and children’s wellbeing
Communicate and work effectively and appropriately with children of various ages and their families, including those who have experienced very difficult situations
Assess risks, needs and strengths and develop the appropriate response in consultation with the child and/or his caregiver(s)
Collaborate with clients to plan, implement, monitor, and amend individualized services that promote clients’ strengths, advance clients’ wellbeing, and help clients achieve their goals. Plans shall be based on meaningful assessments and shall have specific attainable, measurable objectives.
Work with children, families and carers to implement the actions determined through planning to bring about the changes necessary to ensure the safety, stability and development of the child. This includes directly guiding, encouraging and supporting the child and family while monitoring impacts and outcomes
Conduct safety planning with clients, working in collaboration with the client’s family (if/when appropriate) and other agencies to manage the identified risks
Be the contact point for needs assessment and follow up
Provide and coordinate services and follow-up of service provision
Lead or participate in case conferences and family meetings with other professionals
Document all case management activities in the appropriate client record in a timely manner, using the CPIMS+ as a database and case management tool
Advocate for the rights, decisions, strengths, and needs of children and families and promote their access to resources, supports, and services
Promote collaboration among colleagues and organizations to enhance service delivery and facilitate client goal attainment.
Provide and facilitate access of the client to culturally sensitive and competent services
Evaluate client satisfaction and quality of care provided
Ensure involvement of local authorities, community leaders, and community groups in creating community based protection mechanisms
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management staff as required; contribute to donor reports and internal IMC reports as required

4- Project Manager

JOB SUMMARY
Scope of Work:
Overall management of the project.
Provide the proper support to the program staff in several locations and different geographical areas.
Manage the project budget.
Working with program staff and procurement to ensure that supplies are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Using appropriate techniques to manage changes and alterations in project scope, schedule, and costs.
Manage the administrative tasks of the project staffing including recruitment
Participate in the recruitment of project staff.
Monitor the recruitment of volunteers ensuring compliance with SOPs in place.
Work closely with location managers and Medical Coordinators to ensure proper implementation of all medical related activities.
Liaison with other project managers and different departments within International Medical Corps.
Liaising with donor
Management of non-medical requests and supply to different departments and locations.
Correlation and Coordination between the project stakeholders, and all organization departments
Perform any other related duties assigned by the line manager.
Manages the efforts of all key cross-functional departments to perform all project-related activities according to project achievements/accomplishments/updates in a manner ethical business practices, the organization’s rules and regulations, MoH and WHO standards.
Maintains communication as required, to discuss the outcome of any identified opportunities and/or barriers to the successful completion of the project
Support the integration of CBFRM community awareness into the existing program outreach activities.
Resolve non-sensitive feedback and complaints collected from project sites that are routed by the Accountability Officer /MEAL team
Refer non-sensitive feedback and complaints received about other organization to their respective entities and focal points.  
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree of Engineering, Health Facilities Management, Medicine.
At least two years’ proven experience of project management.
Past experience with NGO is preferable.
Excellent command in Arabic and English.
Deliverables:
Reporting for the project status, challenges, achievements and timelines
Plans, organizes, and manages all aspects of assigned retrospective, outcome, and prospective projects
Manages project budget, Procurement monitoring in compliance with the budget
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
Participate and contribute in the monthly pipeline/grant review and projections meetings.
Contribute actively to budget development for DFAT and other proposals.
Prepare and update the procurement plan when necessary.

5- HR Officer

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
Prepare and review an accurate and timely centralized payroll and sharing it with finance while maintaining strict confidentiality at all times and make sure to have all backup documents (timesheets, leaves, reports, memos, …) in place.
Tracking all employment, consultancy and service agreements to local staff and service providers while monitoring performance and compliance to the terms of agreement and in line with the local laws and regulations.
Handle the recruitment and selection function for vacant position, making sure to have all required documents, forms and schedule, conduct interviews, prepare summaries and update recruitment tracking sheet.
Proceed with the hiring procedure for the new employment.
Assist supervisors and staff in understanding and using the performance management forms and process procedures.
Tracking the performance evaluation for all staff and make sure to conduct annual appraisals on time and do the needed COSs.
Prepare summary of performance evaluations, leading to proper review for approval by the senior management team, and leading to action plans on staff movement and/or development plans.
Ensure proper entry and regular updates of all employees’ information in the HR data and systems, and reflect it on the monthly payroll.
Ensure all benefits are in place accordance to the HR policy, and that all employees access information and benefits as they are entitled.

Maintaining Employees files in compliance with International medical corps rules and procedures, and prepare employee files for any newly hired employees and make sure it contains all needed documents.
providing coordination between the Human Resources department and other departments in the organization such as Logistics/Procurement, Programs and security Departments as required.
Assist in the recruitment and selection cycle for any positions in the Regional Office.
Assist in preparing summaries for candidates and archive all related recruitment documents in a proper way.
Make sure all staff complete International Medical Corps mandatory trainings within the required time frame.
Assist in complying with and enhance the team work spirit in the department and the organization.
Make sure all staff complete the mandatory trainings within the required time frame.
Perform any required administrative tasks within the organization.
Any Additional Tasks asked by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Administrative field preferably in the NGOs field
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Team player with good interpersonal skills
Good time management skills

Arabic: Fluent; English: Excellent
